The end is coming...

The end of the third quarter is approaching.  I'm feeling very satisfied.  Last week I worked on learning how to negotiate with clients in real estate.  Some of the things that I really found interesting were when It was talking about psychology because I'm planning on taking a psychology class next year which I think will be very beneficial. Negotiating is kind of reminding me of debate, not as direct but definitely having prior knowledge of what you're talking about is super important.  I'm starting to notice the trends and how real estate includes lots of research.  It's allowing me to connect all the points of how much work an agent really goes through and how busy their life is.  Although their life is busy, it's something that I'm ready for. I want to be doing something at all times. I want to feel fulfilled and productive.  As I'm developing my proposal, I'm feeling very happy with my choice for a final product because it's giving me a lot more insight and really gives me a step- by -step on what I'll be working on in my future.  As soon as I get a mentor I'm very excited to get the real life experience. I feel like it would be very beneficial for me especially this year because I'm planning on beginning my real estate license. Overall I'm so grateful I took ISM this year.
