Time is flying by, there is only 2 months left of school and about a month until the final product presentation night! Nerves are setting in but i'm very excited to show everyone my hard work. In my last blog I talked about some of the more personal assessments, I will be doing in order to guide me on the information on my product. I have begun researching the process of an agent and found a great article that could be my starting point. It helped me identify part of the process of selling a home that I might've missed. I'm going to be doing a couple "assessments" and they'll be based on promoting a property which includes planning and organizing open houses, private viewings, and listing services. As well as the closing of a home, which would include final inspections, all the necessary papers needed to sign, and how an agent can first initially receive a property listing. I know they're is much more small details that I am missing so I plan to research that as well. I know this will be a bit to take on, and definitely won't be easy, but it honestly takes me back to my quote and how this class is meant to be a challenge for me. I know in the end I will be incredibly fulfilled and proud of myself, as well even more inspired by real estate.
