Spring Fling

This past week it is spring break! This is such a great week, because we have lots of free time which I will definitely take advantage of. Some of the first things I did was email more real estate agents, to get more information for my final product, and hopefully shadow them for a couple days in order to get pictures for my product, and a more clear understanding of the activities and responsibilities agents have. I got to talk to Sunny Darden who is part of the Sunny Darden group. I was so excited to talk to her, since she had her own brokerage which is something  I wish to have in the future, so I knew that her knowledge would be very insightful in that aspect, and I was hoping that I could potentially go on a listing with her and get a more hands on experience. Since I finished the assessments based on staging, pricing and negotiating, I felt the need to do similar assessments for myself in order to help me on my final product. These would be less detailed but still catered to me and all the processes that my final product will talk about. I'm still deciding on a couple articles but i'm very excited to get started and learn more!
