This week the first thing  I wanted to research was staging a home. I feel like I had previous experience in this field due to my interior design class last year. Staging is a very important part of real estate because it is what makes a home a home. The first thing people see when they walk in and their first impression. Since my final product is gonna document all of the stages, I hope to interview a person potentially in this field. I want to know how a professional would go about it and how they pick what looks good and which ways to style a home. I know that staging can also be expensive therefore I think it's important to pay attention to budget and everything that surrounds it. For my next research assessment i'm hoping to focus on pricing a home which relates to a budget as well. From my previous interviews I know a lot of sellers and buyer can become emotional during the pricing of a home, wanting things to go their way so pricing is super important. If the price is to high no one will buy a home but if a price is to low it can upset the seller so it's all about negotiation which I will be researching after pricing. Overall this week is gonna be all about learning.
